Remembering Dad

Wow, time sure goes by quickly. It seems like only last week that I sat here typing a post about my Dad being gone for 2 years-now it is a year later.

So much again has happened this year. Boog is in school, Landon is taking Driver's Ed and I no longer have children in diapers!!!!

This year as I remember Dad--I've opted to go with a light and fun post. For those of you that remember my Dad, fun should have been his middle name. So here are a few pictures I have to share with you all.

Dad was a great list maker. As much as he loved to have fun, he believed in getting the job done first. Work before play!!!


One of the great things about Dad, he was never too busy to stop and say CHEESE!! Yes, we miss him greatly. However, rarely a day goes by that we don't quote him, share a funny story or at least chuckle in his memory. He is gone, but never forgotten.

Seriously, who could forget him.

Can you believe it, I have finally decided on the prize for the contest that ends in less than 24 hours. Not only have I decided, I have also created all three pieces. So without further delay....





A Kleenex package holder, a checkbook cover and a small almost square make up bag (great for hiding gum and mints from the kids--you know so you have some when you need it). OK there you are--if you are my winner I hope you like these--if you don't, at least pretend--to make me feel good.

Me, yes, it has been one year since we created our site here at Life with the Lehman's. It has been so much fun sharing all the wild and crazy things we do, with all of you!! I have meet so many new friends and can keep in touch with some old ones.
Lyndsi and Lexi love to go back and look at the blog to see some of the stuff we have done. So if you are not a blogger, I encourage you to start one, it is a great way to record family memories.
